Fought December 31, 1775. The American commanders Richard Montgomery and Benedict

Arnold lead a starving and cold army from two different directions to invade Quebec, Canada during heavy snow. The intent was to win French Canadian support for the American cause. The Americans are defeated by Canadian French militia and British troops. General Montgomery was killed in action.
